If it concerns SMS+ billing, please indicate at the heart of your message :

  • The 5-digit short number associated with the billing
  • The date on which the SMS was sent
  • The total amount billed per SMS
  • The line number invoiced


In the case of Internet+ billing, please indicate at the heart of your message :

  • If the invoice concerns a Box or Mobile subscription
  • Subscription billing date
  • The transaction reference on the Operator invoice
  • The line number invoiced
